Edward D. Foy is the President and Chief Investment Officer of Foy Financial Services, Inc. A dedicated financial professional since 1980, he is committed to helping people create and preserve wealth. The key to his success is the personalized approach he takes to assisting clients with comprehensive portfolio and investment advisory services.  Ed works with a wide variety of clients, ranging from young adults who are just starting to invest for their future, to retirees who will be investing and relying upon their investment portfolios for income for the rest of their lives. In between these two extremes are working professionals who want assistance in managing their personal as well as their retirement accounts. He assists his clients with their individual accounts, a wide variety of retirement plans, and trust accounts.

Ed has held numerous securities registrations and insurance licenses, and his firm is a nationally registered investment advisory firm. Ed holds the Registered Financial Consultant (RFC) designation with the International Association of Registered Financial Consultants (IARFC). He is also a member of the Financial Planning Association (FPA) and an affiliate member of the CFA Society of Nebraska. Foy Financial Services, Inc., is a member of the National Association of Active Investment Managers (NAAIM).

Since entering the financial services industry in 1980, Ed has worked as an Account Executive for Dain Bosworth, Inc. (4 years) and EF Hutton & Co. (3 years), and a Registered Principal affiliated with Royal Alliance Securities (2 years), FFP Securities, Inc. (19 years), and First Allied Securities, Inc., (1 year). In addition he was an advisory agent for FFP Advisory Services, Inc. (12 years) and has been insurance licensed for life, health, and variable products since 1980. Prior to entering the financial services industry, Ed was a pharmaceutical representative with Schering Plough, Inc. for six years. He graduated with honors from Dana College in 1974, with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology and was the valedictorian of his Ralston High School Class of 1970.

Ed and his wife, Kathy have been married for thirty-nine years, have three grown daughters, and eleven grandchildren. He is a private pilot and enjoys working with his three horses, as well as their other ‘livestock’ at their country home, including dogs, cats, chickens and peacocks. Other interests include cycling, martial arts, and attending his grandchildren’s numerous activities. Ed is also an acolyte at St. John the Apostle Church.

Andrew J. Kramer is the Director of Research and Chief Compliance Officer, two vital roles for Foy Financial Services, Inc.  As Director of Research, Drew is actively involved in market research, and performance reviews. As Chief Compliance Officer, he is responsible for maintaining Foy Financial Services, Inc.’s regulatory requirements with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), in addition to regularly reviewing policies and procedures. Additionally, Drew is actively involved in conducting portfolio allocations and reallocations.

Drew has been working at Foy Financial Services, Inc., since 1996, and has held numerous securities licenses. He was affiliated as a Registered Representative and Registered Principal with FFP Securities, Inc., (12 years) and First Allied Securities, Inc. (1 year). Drew was also an advisory agent for FFP Advisory Services, Inc., (7 years). He has been insurance licensed in life and health since 2000. He has been an investment adviser representative with Foy Financial Services, Inc., since 2003. Drew graduated from the University of Nebraska in 1996 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology.

Drew and his wife, Becky, have been married for seventeen years and have six children. He is a member of St. John the Apostle Church and been involved in Cub Scouting for more than eight years filling the roles of den leader, Cubmaster, and committee chair.

Cindy L. Foy is the Director of Operations for Foy Financial Services, Inc. In this role she is actively involved in practically every aspect of the business. She is the primary contact for both direct clients accounts and advisor-client accounts. Cindy is also the primary contact for Foy Financial Services, Inc.’s back office service provider and the information technology trouble-shooter. She is also actively involved in executing portfolio allocations and reallocations.

Cindy is Ed and Kathy’s youngest daughter and started working with him part-time at the age of 14, continuing through high school and while attending the University of Nebraska where she majored in Finance. She started working full-time for Foy Financial Services, Inc., in 2001. Cindy was affiliated as a Registered Representative with FFP Securities, Inc. (6 years), and First Allied Securities, Inc., (1 year).

Cindy has two sons that keep her very busy. They are all very active in sports and outdoor activities, as well as with their church and school. They also have two small dogs, Smokey and Bandit, that they love to include in their activites. She enjoys spending time with her entire family, especially her nine nieces and nephews.

Kathleen J. Foy is the Director of Human Resources for Foy Financial Services, Inc. Kathy has been working part-time and full-time with the firm since 1993 in a variety of administrative roles. In her current position she manages payroll and accounting, and coordinates travel and firm events. She is also the official ombudsman and general problem solver.

Kathy graduated from the College of St. Mary in 1972 with an Associate Degree of Science in Nursing and graduated from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in 1974 as a Registered Radiation Therapy Technician. Her nursing career spans from 1972 to 1993 when she worked at Lutheran Medical Center and University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha, then at Radiology Associates, Madonna, and ENT Specialties in Lincoln.

Kathy and Ed have been married for thirty-nine years, and have three daughters and eleven grandchildren, her primary vocation in life. She enjoys family activities, especially those involving grandchildren. Kathy also enjoys volunteering as a Parish Nurse at St. John the Apostle Church, volunteering in the schools, and participating in occasional community volunteer activities.

Kristin Sandstede is the Administrative Assistant for Foy Financial Services, Inc., and joined the firm in 2010. In addition to being another of the friendly voices you hear when calling the office, Kristin has responsibilities of updating data that is used in compiling our performance databases.

Prior to joining Foy Financial Services, Kristin worked for fifteen years in the pet care industry. She was a Veterinary Assistant for two years and worked for thirteen years in a variety of positions for one the finest boarding facilities in the nation. Kristin holds an Advanced Pet Care Technician Certification, is an ADC Canine Good Citizen Evaluator, and has been teaching obedience classes since 1998. Kristin has also been a Certified Professional Dog Trainer since 2005, one of only 11 in Nebraska.

Kristin has two children in addition to two dogs, two cats, and a rabbit. She enjoys working with her daughter in 4H, and stays active with rollerblading, biking, and cross-country skiing. Kristin completed her first triathlon in the 2009 Cornhusker State Games and is currently training for another next summer.
